Donna Garcia RN, BSN, CLNC

Professional Involvement

Donna Garcia is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant who provides nursing assistance to our clients in personal injury and healthcare whistleblower cases.

Donna works extensively with injured people who are the victims of automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and variety of other personal injury disputes. She also has a strong understanding of healthcare procedures, including Medicare and Medicaid billing practices. This allows Donna to help our clients with all aspects of their healthcare needs.

Outside her work in the courtroom, Donna has years of experience and training as a registered nurse in both hospital and clinical settings. Donna's in-depth community-based knowledge and experience provides our clients with a comprehensive understanding of the complex and technical medical aspects of their case.

Donna is passionate about helping people. She fully invests herself in the tedious process of reviewing client medical records, conducting thorough medical research and analyzing medically-related issues to make sure our clients receive the highest quality medical support in their cases.

Donna is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and the Georgia Chapter of Legal Nurse Consultants.

Community Involvement

Remaining active in the community is extremely important to Donna. For many years, she has been an active volunteer in a variety of community services programs and local projects.  She continues to look for new ways to contribute and give back to the community.

Donna's recent community service involvement includes volunteering for the Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children and participating in the 60-mile, 3-day Susan G. Komen Walk for breast cancer.

Education

Donna received her B.S. degree in Nursing from the University of Connecticut. She is a licensed registered nurse and certified as a legal nurse consultant.
